Lifes a Beach!

When we were a Grandma's we planned a trip to the beach at first we were going to Orange Beach were the the sand is white and the water is clear blue. But decided that a four hour drive with 5 kids may not work out to well. So we took the hour and half drive to Gulfport, MS. Where apparently it was jellyfishapoolza! The Drueckhammer's had a Great time! (except for when Tyler got stung by a jellyfish but he recovered quickly)Ben and Trent were still a little to young for the beach. It was a very eventful day but We ALL ended up having a Great time that we will remember FOREVER :)

2nd Yearly White Trash Bash

Next weekend will be the 2nd WHITE TRASH party! My brother had told me he went to a white trash party in college at LSU. And I thought that would be a PERFECT party for my husband! Little did I know how much FUN it really would be and that EVERYONE would dress the part! My Mother-in-Law was hands down the best COSTUME there (and my Father-in-Law a close 2nd) She even acted the part when she walked in and the look on Bo's face was PRICELESS! I have been begging her to do it AGAIN so hopefully she comes through! This year will be having a contest and a prize for Most White Trash Male and Female! Here are some pictures from the 1st White Trash Party!

OPEN GYM

I took Ben to open gym because I thought he would LOVE running free, climbing and, jumping. I wasn't prepared that he would be making out with girls in the foam pit!

These Boys here LOVED taking baths together! Trent was always the last one in. Ben always pulled the drain and let the water out and Trent would stay until the last drop of water was GONE!

Happy 15 Months!

Ben had his 15 month doctor visit yesterday. We learned a lot while we were there. Like that Ben had an ear infection in both ears. This is the 2nd time we have gone for a routine checkup and I had no idea he had ear infections. (We have been to the doctor 3 times thinking he had one and all 3 times he didn't!) I guess that is just how it works. I feel terrible but he shows no signs of feeling bad! The "ringworm" was eczema. We also learned we should be serving 2 things at dinner. Take It. or Leave It. Ben needs to be eating what we eat meaning no making him chicken nuggets or beef stew when he refuses to eat what we are having. I'll work on that. We learned Ben is a very handsome guy. all the nurses and doctor think so....duh! He was in the 75% for head and height and 50% for weight. All in all he is a Happy Healthy Boy

and we can ask for no more than that!

3 Hour Nap???

I think NOT! When we got to Grandma's she was setting up Ben's pack n play and I said "OH Mom you need to move that away from anything he might be able to reach" She looked at me like really? he can't reach the dresser from in the pack n play. REALLY?!?! I know my son and he will reach what he WANTS!

One morning he was napping and it was going on 3 hours which isn't totally at of the norm but I decided I should check on him and this is what I FOUND!!!

It is OFFICIAL I have THAT child you can NOT turn your back on!

But doesn't he looks so sweet in his denim diapers wornout sleeping so peacefully ! The drawers that he was helping Grandma clean out is full of old pictures, report cards, old football programs etc. When I was cleaning out the pack n play there were like 20 of my senior pictures in there. Everyone had a pretty good LAUGH! I LUF THAT GUY!

Grandma's

We were at grandma's for two weeks and just got home last night. We LOVE it at Grandma's and Ben has such a Blast! Every time we go to g-mas's he either gets sick, grows a new tooth or grandma teaches him something new! This time he did ALL Three! Grandma taught him how to raise his hand! (last trip she taught him how to clap) He has been working on a new tooth since we got there and it is still bothering him :( And he as something that looks to be a ringworm (EEEWH) not sure what it is but we are going to doctor today. Although we had SO MUCH FUN...Daddy on the otherhand MISSED us like crazy everyday he wanted me to send him a picture so I thought I would share all of the moblie pics of the past weeks!
