I just wanted to share this with all my blog readers. A local news station in New Orleans did a story on Tripp! Please watch this video. Yes you will cry but it is so AMAZING to see the LOVE that Courtney has for her SON. I love these two people so very much and to see the way she handles herself when she has to watch her son endure so much pain is just INCREDIBLE.

Mommas HUG your babies extra tight tonight. I believe that Tripp is fighting this fight for ALL the babies out there. He has taught me so much. Tuesday I was feeling sorry for myself and just having one of those blah days and then I watched this video first thing Wednesday morning and wow did I kick myself in the butt. My worst day can NOT even compare to what sweet Tripp goes through on one of his good days. The good news is Tripp's fight is working because he his changing lives on a daily basis! HE IS A HERO!

We had a GREAT time in Crested Butte! Ben is such a good little travel partner he was so good on the car drive he did learn that when the car stopped it was time to get out and get a snack a piece of candy.  That boy LOVES some CHOCOLATE!

We didn't put skis on Ben simply because it was just too cold! I think they had record cold days while we were there. Ben would last an hour at the most outside playing SO Definitely next year! It was so frightening to see these little kids skiing down the mountain but I hope that one day that will be Ben. Let's see if I'm still saying that when he is pointing his ski's and going

We had a Great time skiing! It was a lot of fun BUT things are different when you have kids

For example:

• No Trip to the emergency room
• NO HOT TUB TIME used to end everyday with hot tub and mimosas
• No Spectacular spill for me I took it nice and easy
• The dads had to prove they've still got it and skiied double black diamonds
• no blowing flames on the 2nd floor balcony
• not sure if it was due to kids or the fact that we have gotten OLDER :)

I will have to say I have had many great memories skiing pre kids but I am so EXCITED about the memories made and that will be made skiing with KIDS!

We celebrated my Birthday there! The BEST part was seeing Ben's face carry out the Cake

The hotel on the way home had an indoor swimming pool Ben LOVED jumping in the pool

Thanks Grandma for the robe! A hotel pool isn't complete without a robe! 

Still Alive

Sorry for the lack of blogging. My camera was broke for the longest time and without pictures I didn't think a post was necessary. Cause everyone really just wants to see pictures...right....well good because you all are about to get picture overload because I have a new camera! I can't seem to work it properly though so some pictures aren't great but I'm working on it. During the time I wasn't blogging the following has happened in no particular order:

• We went skiing in Crested Butte, Colorado
• Ben started Kindermusik :)
• Ben got RSV :(
• Ben started dancing and hasn't stopped
• Ben is now sleeping in a toddler bed
• Went to Chuck E Cheese one to many times
• and much more I can't remember because I don't have pictures to prove it

I will have a post in the next few days with all the pictures.
