Hoppy 11 Months

Oh My Gosh 1 more month to go and my lil baby boy will be...a 1 year old. That makes me so sad I just sit here and think where in the world did my snuggly baby go? But then I think he is so much fun right now. I love his little personality. So as soon as I get sad I just think about how much more fun each new adventure is going to be.

What I love most about Ben this month is that he has started to get a little attitude. It cracks me up. I know I will eat my words but I just think it is so funny when he arches his back and refuses to get in the high chair / stroller. Or when we are shopping he holds his arms out touching all the clothes and then grabs one and we have a tug a war till the tag rips off and we quickly move on.

cRaZy Texas Weather

So Saturday night we got another Snow Storm. Crazy...last Sunday we were in shorts and this Sunday Ski Bibs

Busted

I thought I could be super fast applying mascara but before I knew it....

Fire N The Hole

Saturday we went to A Chili Cook Off. Bo made the Chili and it was S to the PICY. It had like 5 habanero peppers just floating in it. Oh and I found out later there was an ABITA Turbo Dog in there. If you know Bo no BEER will go to waste so if it isn't drinkable it will become eatable. The name of the Chili was "Fire N The Hole" Can you believe it won?!?! If you know Bo you know he LOVES to WIN...This is now a new piece on the mantel!

CAUTION MAY CAUSE DIZZINESS:

Once we got home. I had to have a bowl of the award winning chili. I had a very small bowl. The flavor was so good so it was worth your mouth being on fire. Afterward I was sweating started feeling nauseous got a little dizzy and had to go lay down. Sunday Bo ate 2 bowls of his chili and looked at me and said Oh No I feel dizzy! He too had to lay on the couch to recover!

Bo also had visual effects. This was the card he placed in front of his crock pot

Pajama Rama

Friday night we went to Pajamarama at Barnes and Noble. It was fun they read stories, had cookies and milk and an appearance by Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Cake Walk

On Tuesday Me and Ben went to A St.Patricks Day Cake Walk at the library. We went mainly to see the Chick-fil-a cows. Read E. Fox, and Haley the Hippo. Ben was so funny they gave us # 34 and he held it the entire time. I felt a little bad when I was walking to the winner circle and could here all the kids say "Ah Man...I'm never gonna win" But as you can see Ben enjoyed his cake!

Happy 10 Months

Happy 10 Months Ben Parker! What I love most about Ben is that he is absolutely perfect! I am pretty sure he is the best baby EVER. He is always in a good mood and rarely cries. If he cries it is because he face planted AGAIN. I have tried to stop picking him up and hugging him every time he gets hurt but now when I say "Your OK" he looks at me and then crawls to me hugs me and then he is fine :) Such a sweet boy also!

We Ferbered him this month. The first night was just awful I almost threw up it was such a horrible feeling. He cried / screamed for 30min. Then he was out and slept for 12 hours. That was the only night he cried. So every night after bath we have a bottle then read 2 stories and lay him in his bed and he goes right to sleep. I highly recommend ferbering if you can make it past the first night although if Ben would have screamed the 2nd night I probably would have gave up.

Ben officially eats everything we eat I just put it in his food mill. I did feel a little silly pulling it out at a Mexican restauraunt but Ben really enjoyed his enchiladas :)
